UX (User eXperience) - Brands are not just experienced by the purchasing of a product - but by every engagment we have with it.
When you walk into its store the look and feel of it is part of your relationship with the brand. What you smell, see, hear and taste creates an overwhelming feeling towards the connection to the brand. Sometime good, sometimes bad.

For example...
When you walk past a Subway sandwich store what do you feel and smell?
When you walk pass a LUSH store what do you feel and smell?

Think about the space!
Using the supplied resources in class you have to create a visual of your concept and answer the following questions:

Where is it in the CBD of Melbourne?

What materials does it use?

How do you display the products?

How many people can fit in it?

Think about the design and user experience in the following stores you may have visited to help you with your design:

  • Aesop
  • Apple
  • Samsung
  • JB HiFi
  • Readings
  • H&M
  • Brunetti
  • T2
  • The Original Lolly Store
