Planning for a virtual exhibition - the technology and the content. Developing the virtual exhibition. Getting all the content and promotional content ready.

Editing Images in Photoshop
Often if you take digital photographs of your 2D artworks, you may need to edit the images in Photoshop to crop, rotate, and adjust your images to make them suitable for publication/exhibition. try to make sure the images you capture of your work don't have a direct light source close to them as you may get a reflection or a lighter spot in your image. Try to get the artwork as square as possible to the camera frame. If it's not perfect, you can tweak the image with Photoshop.
Here are some tips that you might want to use for your images:
Details for the Virtual Art Space website account
I have set up an account that everyone can use for this project. the details are as follows:
Unfortunately the "Artist Profile" options are geared towards a single artist exhibition, but I have tried to bypass this by calling the account "Various Artists". If you want to come up with a collective name for this profile, you can change it as a group.
As yet no exhibitions have been set up. Once you have a title, you can create an exhibition and start working with the gallery space. You will need a thumbnail image to represent the entire exhibition, and you can write a short description of the exhibition too.
Explore the VAS website to see what content you can add/edit and the instructions for uploading images and video to the gallery.
